"Valhalla replaced a broken spring and a dying opener machine in late 2023. Worked great for a year, then had some issue with the sensors. Valhalla came out, made a small adjustment on the sensors to correct some known slight defect in their manufacturing that causes them to rotate a bit in the vertical plane and thus go out of alignment, preventing the door from going down. It was not Valhalla's fault, but they made it right. They definitely did right by me! Thanks!"
